    - Anyone can say their realtor is great, but you can't know a good realtor from the rest until you've worked with a decent sample size. I've worked with five realtors so far in my life, and Scott is the only one I will gladly deal with again. Scott isn't in the business just to move houses. He doesn't behave like a salesman; he doesn't exude a hint of smarminess. He never once tried to convince me that he's doing a good job, and he never once tried to convince me of his suggestions. He just did the homework to help inform us and negotiate. He is the only realtor I know who talks about transactions transparently with his clients; he's willing to say exactly what's going on with a transaction and what's next as opposed to "It's all going great. I got this all worked out for you." He recounted particulars of conversations with buyer agents, dealings with the title company, inspections, appraisals, and potential obstacles. Lot's of details. No spin. Not every realtor can double as a quasi home inspector. On every walkthrough, Scott was looking for issues and bringing them to our attention. There was a lot of "If you buy this house, you may want to look into X because of Y. If you see here, there is A, B, C, which is evidence of or could mean D, E, F". Our actual inspector even said something like "I always like dealing with Scott. All these other realtors know the market, etc., but Scott actually knows houses too, and I don't see that very often." Scott was willing to work crazy hours for us, and he was available on the drop of a dime. I suspect he can offer that level of service to you because although he seems to have an insane, full throttle life, he seems very organized - and he's very technology savvy for a realtor. He keeps tools on hand during showings to help find comparables, property history, blogs on topics of concern, etc. If I had to describe Scott's work in one word, it would be "earnest".
